This Statement covers our collection, use and disclosure of information about identifiable individuals (“Personal Information”). This Statement does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control. In order to use our Services, users must have a valid HighTouch account to log in to the Platform (“Account”). When You register for the Services, HighTouch collects Your Account username and password in order to authenticate Your Account access and provide You with access to the Services. HighTouch will use your email to contact you about your Account and, if requested, provide you with electronic marketing. HighTouch also collects your name, LinkedIn URL and LinkedIn login email. Your LinkedIn account information is required so that HighTouch can administer your Account and prevent multiple users from connecting to a particular LinkedIn account.
2.2 Usage Data
HighTouch may also collect certain information users of the Website and Services, such as Internet addresses, time spent logged into the Services and other usage data. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Website and Services in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. HighTouch uses the usage data that we collect to provide the Services and to continuously improve the Services.
In addition, HighTouch uses Intercom, a third-party service provider, to keep track of Your usage of the Platform including, location (city) or login, dates and times of account activity, preference such as language, browser and operating system information, whether communications sent to You are opened, and your related social media handles.
HighTouch tracks user activity on the Platform in order to provide a customized user experience and send relevant messages to Users related to the Services.
Technologies such as cookies, beacons, scripts and tags are used by us and our third party partners. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the website, tracking users’ movements around the website, and gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual and aggregated basis. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing these types of tracking technologies.

Our third party partners also employ clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), images, and scripts that help them better manage content on our site. We do not tie the information gathered to Personal Information.
