Its cloud-based help desk solution is used by more than 200,000 organizations worldwide.Navigate to Settings > Channels > API and add a new API token for Hightouch.Copy the API token and fill in the fields in Hightouch destination setup:
- API token: token from Zendesk
- Email: email used to login to Zendesk
- Support URL: url for your Zendesk support site (ex: "https://hightouch.zendesk.com")
- Upsert — pushes new objects to Zendesk and updates fields that change in your warehouse.
- Update — updates particular fields on existing objects in Zendesk. It does not add new objects.
